Revolut Design System

At Revolut I worked on the React design system used by Business, Retail, and internal tools. The job was to make shared primitives consistent enough that product teams didn't have to reinvent them, without slowing those teams down.

I spent a lot of time on render performance for date pickers, dropdowns, and tables, and on tooling so teams could gate features by user group — A/B tests and gradual rollouts included.
