As the first frontend engineer at BasisBoard (now Down to Bid), I set the technical direction for a React CRM aimed at construction. We took an Airtable prototype to a production app with calendar, table, and kanban views.
I hired and onboarded frontend engineers, kept a Lerna monorepo in shape across projects, and shipped analytics, email pre-fill, and quote tracking — working closely with QA and backend.
